protects the body from pathogenic microorganisms and diseases such as malignancies.<\/p><p>With the help of modern and automated analyzers, even the most specialized immunological tests can be performed immediately, thus providing a primary role in the clinical diagnosis of diseases, such as:<\/p><ul><li>Immunodeficiencies, e.g. acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), chronic granulomatosis.<\/li><li>Autoimmune diseases, e.g. systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, Hashimoto&#8217;s thyroiditis, myasthenia gravis.<\/li><li>Infectious diseases, e.g. hepatitis,
